Kevin W. Tilton, Attorney at Law

Attorney Kevin W. Tilton has practiced law in Peoria since 1979. He is a graduate of Bradley University and Loyola Law School of Chicago. Kevin is the President of County Title Company and has assisted in thousands of real estate transactions since 1992.

In addition to his experience as a real estate attorney, Kevin has helped thousands of individuals and families with estate planning and probate, divorces, business incorporations, debt collection, criminal defense, and personal injuries.

Kevin is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations, a member of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., a former School Board President, a former felony Public Defender, husband, father and grandfather.

Brae Tilton, Attorney at Law

Attorney Brae Tilton is a graduate of Bradley University and Northern Illinois University College of Law. She is a former President of the Bradley University Speech Team and decorated competitive public speaker.

In law school, Brae received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the Lakisha Sarden Scholarship for the Study of Civil Procedure Law. She was a member of the College of Law’s Mock Trial Team, Trial Advocacy Society Chambers, and Law Review Board of Editors.

Brae is a member of the Peoria County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Young Professional Organization of Greater Peoria, the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and the Bradley Forensics Alumni Network.
